We are engaged in the training and uplift of the rural farmers who depend on our products to supply their water requirements for farming and other livelihood pursuits.

Our after-sales services are geared for “Services-at-the-doorstep” Island wide. This requires regular training on all service matters to the technicians in our Island-wide network, to upgrade them to deliver superior services. We train our team on all technical aspects of the product range, customer care, communication and other relevant areas, to achieve our goals of being the best in the industry.

We identify youth from remote areas who have technical capabilities, for training in basic skills such as plumbing, mechanical repairs of water pumps etc., and provide them opportunities in gainful employment in our after-sales services network

Free technical services are offered to customers who require advise on matters relating to their water supplies and selection of the right solutions.

We participate in celebrations in the community as a member of the Industrialists Association, when all the staff of member organizations, are provided opportunities to meet and enjoy various competitive events.
